Jeannie Hall, Managing Partner

Jeannie Hall, an Atlanta native from the Dunwoody area, has developed a dynamic career in the staffing industry. A graduate of Clemson University in 1999, Jeannie started her recruiting career at Staffing Resources in Atlanta. In 2001, she joined Solomon Edwards Group as a Business Development Manager. In 2002, she followed an entrepreneurial itch and joined the newly founded Quest Financial, LLC. She believes understanding the culture of her clients is a key factor in making a successful placement. Jeannie attributes her success to her competitive spirit and desire to build long lasting relationships.

Jeannie isn’t satisfied unless she exceeds her clients and candidate's expectations.

Jeannie and her husband, Joel, live in Brookhaven with their baby girl, Gracie. Their weekends revolve around college football and basketball. Jeannie plays ALTA tennis, is addicted to golf and is always up for a round with friends or clients!

Matt Woodard, Managing Partner

Matt Woodard, an Atlanta native from the Roswell area, has built his recruiting career on savvy and honesty. A graduate from Kennesaw State University with a business degree, Matt started recruiting nearly 15 years ago at Robert Half. He then spent several years servicing Atlanta-area clients at Solomon Edwards Group. In 2002, Matt started Quest Financial, LLC with the intention of building THE reliable, go-to resource for clients who are looking to hire the “best in class” talent. Matt's knack for finding quality candidates, understanding his clients' needs and then uniquely pairing them has created a solid reputation for Quest Financial over the years.

Matt and his wife, Ellen, live in the Brookhaven area with their baby girl, Abby. Matt enjoys golfing with his 14-year son, Ethan, as well as training for triathlon sprint races and keeping up with his Atlanta Falcons!

Caroline Stewart

Caroline Stewart graduated from University of Georgia in Athens, GA with a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. Upon graduation, Caroline began her career with Goodwill Industries of North Georgia with the career services program in Athens, GA assisting individuals in securing employment. After leaving Goodwill, Caroline joined Sigma Financial Staffing in Atlanta, GA as the Recruiting Manager. Caroline worked hand in hand with the sales team to identify top notch candidates in the accounting and finance fields. She then joined Quest Financial and transitioned to the client side of the business thus interacting more with businesses looking to hire new employees. Caroline is excellent at getting to know everything from the personalities and culture in the workplace to the skill level and educational credentials that are desired. This theory means that we avoid candidates that are self-promoting on e-boards and uncover high demand players that have their heads down and have been deemed as "keepers".

Carolyn Whitney

Carolyn Whitney, is a 2010 graduate from Georgia Southern University with a degree in Business and Coaching Minor. A four year starter on the Georgia Southern University Women's basketball team. She received the Freshman of the Year for SOCON Women's basketball at Georgia Southern University and was named to the All-Freshman Team. Carolyn's drive and determination have allowed her to make an immediate impact in the recruiting industry as an Account Executive. Carolyn's weekends revolve around any type of sports entertainment. She loves to get out to meet new people and spend time with family and friends!

Kim Waite

Kim Waite, an Atlanta native graduated from the University of Kansas with a bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education. She was an active member of the universities swim team during her years at KU. Upon graduation Kim began her career path in the education field teaching both Pre-K and kindergarten classrooms. In search of more adult interaction, Kim decided to join Quest Financial as an Account Executive. In this role she is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with business professionals looking for staffing solutions. With her competitive edge and goal oriented demeanor she strives to always grasp the needs of her clients and exceed their expectations.

Mike Monahan

Mike Monahan, Senior Recruiter has been a part of the Quest team for 7 years. Mike is originally from Lawrence, MA, and grew up in Pembroke, NH. He moved to Atlanta in 1998 after graduating from Plymouth State where he played basketball for the Plymouth State Panthers. He graduated with a degree in early childhood education. Mike has a special knack with candidates and goes out of his way to make them feel comfortable during an interview. You will rarely see Mike without a smile on his face. Mike is extremely passionate about his Boston, MA, teams. He doesn't miss a Patriots, Red Sox or Celtics game! He also enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife, Melanie.

Amanda Cook

Amanda Cook, a Johns Creek native, graduated from the University of Georgia in 2010 with a degree in Furnishings and Interiors. While at UGA, Amanda was active member of the Alpha Chi Omega sorority. After graduation, she worked for a large real estate firm in Johns Creek until she had the great opportunity to join Quest as a Junior Recruiter. Her primary responsibility is to help find quality candidates needed for clients. Her determination and ability to listen combined with an intense desire to help others allow her to find the perfect match for both clients and candidates. When Amanda is not in the office you can find her enjoying the water at Lake Martin with family and friends!

Tara Baylard

Tara Baylard graduated from Georgia Southern University with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Tara began her accounting career with Magnate Management, the management company of a regional mattress manufacturer and retailer, as a staff accountant and assistant to the CFO. Tara furthered her career by accepting a position with Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc. as a financial analyst and was soon promoted to senior financial analyst. At CCE, she gained extensive experience with general ledger systems, financial and management reporting, and yearly budgeting. She decided to leave the corporate scene to run the financial operations of her husband’s thriving sub-contracting company and to begin a family. Tara now lives in the Cumming area with her husband and four girls. She works remotely for Quest as their accountant, overseeing the payroll, billing, general ledger, and financial reporting functions for the company.
